Mike Khalesi is the founder and design principal of Beverly Hills One®, an independent luxury residential design studio he established in 2009. The studio designs custom estates across California — from the Platinum Triangle of Beverly Hills, Bel-Air and Holmby Hills, to Malibu, Hidden Hills, Atherton and Silicon Valley.
He is the author of The Art of Light, a design philosophy treating natural light, landscape and material precision as the primary instruments of residential design.
Mike Khalesi holds a second master’s degree and advanced studies from the University of Southern California, where his focus on residential design earned him the ASLA International Award of Excellence for Residential Design in 2006. Beverly Hills One was founded in 2009, and his work has focused on innovative luxury residential design since.
His real estate practice is affiliated with Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty (California DRE #02121952), providing brokerage representation for the studio’s own designed estates and qualified private clients.
